Evie’s Cocktails & Comforts

So good. Came for a casual dinner. Staff is so lovely and attentive. My husband said his fisherman’s platter was delicious - shrimp, scallops and cod all perfectly battered and cooked and very fresh. Portion was enormous. I went with meatloaf and mash bc I wanted some comfort food. The cocktails were creative and delicious. Highly recommend.

Wow! The service was excellent. A shout out to Meghan and her pleasant personality. Everyone at the table enjoyed their meals. I had a Smashed Melt with the fried onikns on the side. It was delicious and a nice sized portion. Hubby had a Gouda Burger. Others at the table had the fish Tacos and a Corned Beef Ruben. We will definitely go back.

We are a group of 6 retired ladies who worked together several decades ago and meet every 6-8 weeks for lunch. Today was our first time at Evie’s, and what a great place it is! The service was beyond excellent (Thank you, David!). We requested some changes to the dishes described on the menu, and our requests were very kindly and graciously received. All of the meals were delicious and beautifully presented. The shared desserts were excellent. And thanks to Heather for talking a group photo (part of our longstanding tradition). We highly recommend Evie’s, and will be returning soon. Great service, delicious food and a lovely ambience. A truly perfect experience.

This place is a hidden gem. The atmosphere is open and comfortable. Our server was very pleasant and attentive. They have a good selection of craft beer on tap. Burgers and sandwiches are large. The gouda burger was delicious.

Oh I missed week 3!!! Still fabulous!!! Omg the Tuna Poke (out of this world) Chicken bites still a favorite because we love chicken!!! 4th week in a row!! This says a lot! Still FABULOUS! Shea was back! Makes a great Sunset Sip Chicken bites get better every week This time sauce on the side Their nachos!!! REAL cheese!!! It did not coagulation like fake cheese! We added the braised beef! Phenomenal!!! We’ll be back for week 5 2nd time here I ordered the southwest fiesta bowl, AWESOME! My fiance ordered the chicken bites which were fresh and REAL hand cut chicken. ThisI is definitely our new favorite place!!! Stopped in for the first time tonight for dinner. What a nice place! Love the history behind the name. They have the best, most comfortable bar chairs, EVER! The service was great. We sat at the bar and had Shea. She was great! My fiance had a Ruben sandwich which was nice and piled high and cheesy on marble rye with hand cut fries. I had the red pepper pasta. It was delicious! The chicken cutlet was fantastic. The sauce was great with spinach and bacon! Absolutely delicious! I will order this again. Their menu had a nice variety to choose from. I must say, the place down the road use to be great but the last couple of times. You can tell that they sacrificed quality ingredients for cheaper ingredients. Looks like Evie’s will be our new Friday night dinner spot.

Went in for dinner tonight and had a wonderful experience. Attentive, friendly servers and quick service. The drinks are great. Would highly recommend the red pepper pasta, huge portions and fair prices. Great burgers as well!

Delicious local spot with great food. I did the burger and my friend did the fish and chips and we enjoyed the flavor and presentation! Also the folks who work there are warm, friendly and thoughtful. Plus ask them about the story of Evie - it’s so remarkable!

This was our second time visiting this establishment. Both times we sat outside on their nice patio. Each visit we encountered friendly staff and the food was really good. The boneless wings appetizer was delicious, as well as the entrees. It's a nice local place to have a good meal.
